At Pidgin we serve a weekly changing tasting menu arranged around a carefully composed four-course meal, with additional snacks and large-format extras for those with more fulsome appetites. This has been the case ever since we opened in 2015, and to this day we have never repeated a dish. Which means when you visit us you'll enjoy a menu entirely different to what previous weeks' guests will have experienced.

The menu takes around an hour and a half, which is worth bearing in mind should you be short on time. Or, for that matter, should you wish to linger a little longer over your meal. We can't guarantee that we won't need the table back for another reservation, but will do all we can to give you as much time as you need.

In addition to the weekly changing menu we offer a cocktail special alongside our drinks list, as well as a wine pairing option featuring off-the-beaten-track labels largely from organic and biodynamic producers.

Our main focus is on you having an amazing time with us, and so we do just ask one small favour of you - please make sure you inform us of all dietary requirements and allergies for your entire table in advance of your visit. We can and will bend over backwards to accommodate any requirements you may have, but it's a small restaurant, with a small kitchen and a small team, and so in order to give you the best possible time we do need to know in advance if you have any requirements. We simply don't have the capacity to prepare special dishes during service. We hope that makes sense and doesn't seem unreasonable.

In a similar vein, we just wanted to briefly explain our cancellation and no-show policy. As mentioned, Pidgin is a very small neighbourhood restaurant with only 10 tables. Late cancellations and no-shows cost us, in all likelihood, that table for the night. We entirely understand that plans change - all we ask is that you let us know more than 48 hours before your booking if you're unable to make it.
